Depends what player you talk about really. If its Peyton, of course we are gone. If it is someone else like Wayne, Sanders, Freeney, Bracket etc. I think we'd be fine. The whole Manning factor gets us over the line, except when you talk about the playoffs.

He got injured in 07, was useless in 08 and has pretty much retired since then. Our major injuries this year gave been Anthony Gonzalez, Bob Sanders and Marlin Jackson for most of the year and Kelvyn Hayden had spell on the sideline mid-season.

| It was a really good game. It was really close for the most part which is always good in a final of any sport. I thought the Colts were going to dominate after watching the first quarter and it was amazing to see the incredible run the Saints got from about mid-way through the second. They couldn't buy possession or downs when they had the ball in the first. Then Manning went into his shell or something, or may have been rusty from spending the best part of an hour without a pass, and he threw the intercept and it was all over.
