| The race for the number one ranking will become very interesting if Federer can win Wimbledon this year. Tommy Haas was the big mover, he moved 22 spots up to number 41. Del Potro has also made a big gap between him and the rest of the field trying to claim that number five ranking. _________________ |

| Good to see Igor Andreev move up to 24th, although he only jumped 2 places which is disappoitning. I thought he'd have gone into the Top 20. |

| Compare the current Australian Men's rankings to what they were around the early 2000's. Quite some turnaround... _________________ |

| how on earth did Wozniaki move up 1 and Venus down 2 and Nadal fall two spots and Djokavic up 1. The above players all went out in the same round Wozniaki possibly before Venus I can't remember her having that many points to defend. As for Djokovic when did he lose last year again because him at #2 is a pretty big joke imo. When Nadal, Murray, Del Potro and even Roddick are behind him. _________________ Nannies ftw

Yeah Ashes, I don't think you understand how the Rankings work mate.
For instance, the reason Djokovic and Murray went up one spot and Nadal went down two spots is because Novak and Andy improved on last years performance, hence gaining points, whereas Rafa lost points because he didn't win the Open. He would have had to win the Open to keep all his points. |
