| I was thinking we could have a sub forum with threads on each group or teams where we can put all the news leading up to the cup such as injuries, international results, odds etc etc... _________________ Stay Strong Boys |

| I was gonna pitch an idea to Panthers closer to the World Cup on how I think we should go about it.
I'm not a big fan of sub-forums, but I think it would be a good idea to have them for the WC.
Definitely not needed until at last the end of the league seasons though. |

| Yeah I'm with Shooter, I don't think we need it now. Not until April/May. However I think instead of a subforum, we should have a separate forum for the World Cup, with subforums for each Group (matchday threads, group talk etc goes in there and the main WC board can be used for news, etc.) Then at the end of the WC, the forum can be merged into football so all the threads, etc are there. _________________ The future is bright, the future is blue and white.

| Yeah just a Sub-forum for the World Cup but I dont see the need for extra sub forums for groups, games, players newsand all that. We can just designate a thread for them (e.g Standings & Results) _________________ Bird is the word.....

| Good Idea, there will be heaps of talk on games and results. But I think wait until it gets closer to the WC. |

| If anyone remembers how Sportal did it for Euro 2008, then that's what should be done on TFW. It worked really well on Sportal I thought. |

They had a whole new section, just for Euro 2008. When the Tournament ended, the section was deleted. |

Well, what ever you recommend, if it's anything similar to what Sportal did, then my thumbs are up S06. |

| I reckon, if it's a separate forum, it should be merged into football at least. Then the threads are still there just in case we need them (and in the right place, too). _________________ The future is bright, the future is blue and white.

No it's not, it's a separate forum, with all the threads then put into football forum a few weeks after the conclusion of the tournament, I didn't say that we'd have a subforum._________________ The future is bright, the future is blue and white.
