How about a 5 strikes you're out policy? So if you don't submit your team 5 times without a good reason you get sacked. 5 games wouldn't be the actual number.

I was also going to do Round Previews, for each round. But I highly doubt, anyone would give a F*** like usual.

Yeah, I've actually had this in place. If Mozza didn't resign, he would've been sacked definitely.
And if late submission happens heaps of times, it's a sacking.

Yeah, at the end of the season everyone will have to have a maxiumum squad limit of something like 25, and all the players that aren't in a squad will go in a draft. If a team has lost heaps of players to ESL, retirement ect, then they'll get their pick earlier on in the draft.

Otherwise the draft order will just be the reverse of the NRLMG ladder at the end of the seaason, as in the team that comes last will get 1st pick, and so on.

So i assume when a esl players comes over they go straight into the team?

Yeah, say an ESL player moves to the Storm in NRL, that ESL will play for the Storm in NRLMG.

Any suggestions on the maximum squad size that each team should enter the draft with? Remembering that we do want decent players both young and old in the draft. I was thinking of something like 19-25?

Current Squad Sizes:

Raiders - 38 Players
Titans - 36 Players
Eels - 35 Players
Bulldogs - 32 Players
Cowboys - 31 Players
Tigers - 31 Players
Dragons - 30 Players
Panthers - 30 Players
Sea Eagles - 30 Players
Sharks - 30 Players
Rabbitohs - 29 Players
Knights - 27 Players
Roosters - 24 Players
Warriors - 24 Players
Storm - 23 Players
Broncos - 22 Players

Average Squad Size: 29.5 Players

Any feedback/suggestions would be appreciated!

Remember that this squad cap wouldn't be enforced now, you would only have to enter the draft with this squad number, which is at the end of the season.

Everyone happy with 25 as the squad size? The leftover palys not in a squad go in the draft.

You wouldn't have to delist players until the end of the season when the draft starts.
