| Solid win for the boys, will definitely get me into watching the rest of the season. How stupid was Ross Taylor when he ran? How could he not see White was there when he ran, there was no way a run was there. Then it looked like he was blaming McCullum. Not too good of a day for him. _________________ QUEERSLAND GOING DOWN LIKE STEVE PRICE!

| I must say, I watched the replay of the match last night without knowing the score and this was quite clearly the best Twenty20 match I've ever watched.
Obviously it helped that they played the game at a local oval sized ground, but still, that made for the extra enjoyment as players weren't middling shots and they were flying for six.
McCullum's knock was one of the best I've ever seen, those shots over Haddin were simply unbelievable hitting and he deserved to break Gayle's record of 117 in this format of the game.
Australia's chase never looked like getting out of second gear for mine, Haddin and Clarke were batting very well, but given the score they needed, I thought they could have gone a little faster. Luckily Australia had Cameron White to save some blushes, some of his strokes were of equal caliber to that of McCullum's, albeit more conventional.
Then the super over, which is a far better idea than the bowl off. It simply came down to Southee bowling a great over and Shuan Tait being Shuan Tait.
Fantastic match, looking forward to the 1st One Dayer on Wednesday. Must say, watching matches with New Zealand playing at home is always great. |

| TBH I thought Clarke played a very smart innings... 60odd at a rate of 150 was what was needed in the Aussie chase... _________________ Here's to us fools that have no meaning, I tip my glass to you, let's toast the night away to friends and forget about tomorrow

It was a good effort, but still, I think he could have done slightly better. Australia just had to come from too far back and it's got to comeback to Haddin and Clarke. |

| White was awesome. He is one of the only Aussies I love to watch. His shot off Vettori was all class. Backed away and just played through the line over cover. NZ's CLUB SIZED GROUNDS FTW _________________ 2010 All Whites = LEGENDARY |

Hey I'm not complaining. Plus, I like the way the ground is configured. |

Well I am. Our guys get so used to short boundaries when they play on bigger grounds they forget it needs to be hit further and get out._________________ 2010 All Whites = LEGENDARY |

| Finally! Some competitive cricket! What a game! Such a good innings by McCullum, how good were the scoop shots over the keepers head?! . First bit of real competition that Australia have faced all summer and they lost it _________________ '71 WHL '89 Anfield '02 OT '04 WHL AFC.
