Auction at Carlton:

Marlon Motlop: 40-50 - Fair
Wade Thompson: 30-40 - Considering he's a rookie & shown less than motlop - PFFT - 60-70 more like it
Danny Meyer: 30-50 - can't get a game at port as a mature grown player - 55-70
Dale Morris: 10-15 - averages 65 which is DIRE and is 27 soon. Sif you'd get a top 15 pick, let alone top 30. 45-55
Kyle Cheney: 10-20 - dropped half the time and when plays averages 65 - 25-40
Paul Cahill: 40-50 - Untapped, but I kinda rate him - pretty fair
Simon Hogan: 20-25 - Pretty fair again
Jeff Garlett: 20-25 - was dropped for over half and when played averaged 49. 35-50 more like it

Make offers in 2010 Carlton Blues thread please.

I think I've been generous Razz

Blues After Ray

2010 Carlton Blues Coach TealDevils19 today has come out and confirmed his interest for up for auction midfielder, Farren Ray. Brisbane are asking for a 10-15 draft pick, with Carlton having Pick 11 in that area. "We are not willing to give up Ray for 11 as that is high priced in my opinion, but we will aim for a later pick like 13, 14 or 15 for Farren." Brisbane Coach Neil21 could not be reached for comment for the moment.

Blues eye Delistee Harris

Today, the 2010 Carlton Football Club has confirmed it's interest in North Melbourne delistee Daniel Harris. "He's a very good player, and for him to be delisted, is partly a bonus for us. We will definitely look at him, perhaps with Pick 91 if he's still available or something a tad earlier, so he can add some more juice and boost to our midfield." Commented Carlton Coach TealDevils19 about Daniel Harris. The 2010 Carlton Blues will aim for other delistees including some that were delisted by the Crows.

You'd have to hope he gets picked up by a team in real life ...

Yet you think pick 10-15 for a bloke who's 4 years older & averages 30 less (morris) is fair Wink

AFLMG Boss Likes Auctions

AFLMG CEO and 2010 Carlton Coach TealDevils19 has stated in an interview with Craig Hutchison that he is a big fan of the Auction Idea created by controversial Essendon Coach Stoke. "This is a great idea from Stoke, I am a fan of it, and I have introduced it at my club, and I encourage ALL coaches in the game to use this idea as it will create more trades and more trade discussion" Teal said in the interview. A number of clubs have used the Auction Idea including Carlton and Brisbane, and plenty more should in the future.
