| These are the new rules for 2010 season, there may be more to come if I think of them
Rookies - ALl players on rookie lists can not play unless promoted because of a long term injury, there will be a thread later where all LTI applications must be put. All promotions of rookies must be approved by myself or another respected coach. Once your LTI player returns from injury he goes back onto list and your rookie list player can no longer play. If you name a rookie who hasnt been promoted there will be a penalty.
Trading Rookies - If you decide to trade a rookie, the player you recieve must go onto your rookie list. If there is a 2 for 2 or 3 for 3 trade including rookie list players, you can choose which new recruit goes onto rookie list.
KPP - There will be no KPP as some teams would be severly and unfairly disadvantaged. But there will be a rule that teams need to be very realsitic. This is an example of a realistic team
B - Aaron Joseph - Daniel Merrett - Steven Dodd HB - Paul Duffield - Ted Richards - Brendan Whitecross W - Josh Kennedy - Gary Ablett - Ricky Dyson HF - David Mackay - Jonathan Brown - Beau Dowler F - Parick Veszpremi - Jesse White - Kane Lucas R - Aaron Sandilands - Daniel Rich - Farren Ray
If teams are not realistic there will be punishments, this rule will be strictly monitered
EMERGENCY RULES - You will now name 4 emergencies (not 3), there needs to a variety of players in there. If you need an emergency you will get the player who IMO is most like the player he is replacing. Eg - Jonathan Brown will not replace Daniel Rich as they are completly different players. |

| so for emergency, we name a forward, a back, a mid and then a ruck/utility or the next best? And with LTI/Rookie List. If I bring a player up from rookie list due to a lti. Can I then later swap them for another rookie to promote? (say this year I had C Pearce and G Broughton as rookies and I upgraded Pearce, would I then later be able to drop Pearce back to rookie list and promote Broughton?) _________________ Brandon Roy, Chris Paul, LaMarcus Aldridge, Greg Oden Wesley Matthews, Luke Babbitt, Marcus Camby, Elliot Williams Championship

| I'm happy with that, very good rules, and no KPP! Even better. And with those Rookie rules I'd of done the exact same thing. _________________ | Ablett29 wrote: | | Liam you are a fuckhead dont have a crack at one of tfw's founding members or ill drop u like a bag of shit. |

Im leaving who you name as emergencies up to you, I would have a variety though as im not allowing swaps for players who are nowhere near alike.
You cant swap who your promoting after you have promoted, if your rookie gets a LTI then you can change |

I honestly am not a fan of this and i liked the simple way of naming emergencies from last year. I also dont get the rookie rules. |

| Rucks will not be as harshly adjudicated on
My main reasoning for it is last year some players (myself included), were naming players who werent going to play in the ruck/chf/chb, and then would get an emergency who doesnt play those positions. If were going to have very realsitic teams then I think this is necissary, as I can see people expoliting it easily
Hopefully that makes sense |

| I kept playing Cox in the ruck last year (who was injured) and an emergency scored for him.. I had no other options.. what if that happens again this year? |

I honestly am not a fan of this and i liked the simple way of naming emergencies from last year. I also dont get the rookie rules. | Just Saw this @ Neil's post mainly, and YUCK YUCK YUCK! This wasn't taken advantage of last year, and having a lot of the same coaches can't see it happening this time, as well as what Becks said, if we lose all our rucks, like Carlton will be screwed they only have Hille, Ottens and Lobbe. If they're all out/not playing, then they can't get an EMG in for them, which is stupid. Also for Becks, the rookie rules I'll help explain. With your rookie selected players, you can trade for all players on the field BUT, if you trade a rookie for a senior listed player, that rookie is a senior listed player on the other coaches team and the senior listed player is a rookie on your team. With the more than 1 for 1 deals, if it's 2 for 2 involving a rookie, out of the players you get, you get to select who goes on your rookie list. Hope it helps _________________ | Ablett29 wrote: | | Liam you are a fuckhead dont have a crack at one of tfw's founding members or ill drop u like a bag of shit. |

| Teal you're not admin. Every team is required to have depth in positions. If they choose to forgoe that for depth elsewhere, bad luck. There's AMPLE time to recruit a new ruck. If you don't agree with it, easy problem, recruit a ruck! _________________ | Pauline Hanson wrote: | | I and most Australians want our immigration policy radically reviewed and that of multiculturalism abolished. | Where did I say I was admin and any form of power? Just because I'm not admin I don't get a say in this? Idiot.
It's a stupid rule, so your supposed to recruit a ruck based on the fact you already have a good ruck but he's injured, you don't get any points? Stupid Rule. _________________ | Ablett29 wrote: | | Liam you are a fuckhead dont have a crack at one of tfw's founding members or ill drop u like a bag of shit. |
