| They can definitely challenge for the top four this season, but they won't win the premiership. Another year with Clark leading the ruck, and with Leuenberger likely coming back into the 22, Fev having his first season at the lions and with the youngsters getting a full year under their belt, in 2011 you never know...... _________________ - GOD |

| I am tipping the Lions to finish 6th. And go out at the Semi Finals. I don't see them getting near the premiership or top 4. _________________ ---If Your Not Making Mistakes Your Not Trying Hard Enough-- ~Floreat Pica~ |

| Sheedy was a fan of topping a team up with middle aged often rejected players from other clubs, no wonder he thinks the lions will win the flag. They wont. _________________ La Roja!

| Lions will give it a crack, but the flag is a big call by Sheeds. I can't see them beating Geelong, Western Bulldogs and co. to the flag this year. _________________ Can you handle the HEAT?

| Thy wont win premiership.
Look at the teams who have won premierships recently.
Lions dont have a spread of golakickers. You cant expect Fev and Brown to kick 12-13 goals a week Midfield is good but not brilliant (Sheedy said Fevola would be getting better service from Lions midfield than blues midfield, what planet is he on)
Back line still has questions marks for me. Can Merrett and Patfull hold down the big forwards week in, week out. Macdonald is a big loss from this department |

| I'm predicting us to be in the top 4.
St Kilda Western Bulldogs Geelong Brisbane
and will see where it takes us from there |

Luke Power, Josh Drummond, Simon Black and Daniel rich are probably the best kickers in the game with Goddard and Shannon Hurn. i think they will find fev just fine |

At the moment Judd is better than black (black is a champ though) I'd prefer murphy over power And Gibbs is better than rich (right at this moment) I know which starting midfield I'd prefer |

| They are both similar and Fev is still going to receive great service from the Lions midfield, it wont make that much of a difference.
Also i hate comparing players individually in a team sport, it just never works for me. _________________ La Roja!

Yeah Judd's good but Murphy and Gibbs have a deadly kick moving forward. Gibbs found Fev so much last year._________________ Victoria- 2009/10 Sheffield Shield Champions - 2009/10 Twenty20 Big Bash Champions - 2009/10 Ford Ranger Cup Finalists - 2009 Twenty20 Champions League semi-finalists |
